    Reservation and Cancellation Policy

Reservation Conditions

Rates quoted are in Australian dollars per night, per 2 people per chalet. Infants or a third adult may be allowed but only with prior arrangement with us, and at an additional fee of $50.

A 2 night minimum stay applies. Public holiday or special event weekends require 3 or 4 night minimum reservations at our discretion.

Special offers to Social Clubs, Unions, and other Associations, are subject to a 3 night minimum stay.

To confirm a reservation, 50% of total accommodation is to be paid at time of reservation.
A credit/debit card number (Visa or MasterCard only) is to be provided by the guest (as security bond). If a credit/debit card number is not available, then a $500 bond is requested (refundable following stay less any extra charges that may be applicable).

Balance/total accommodation is due to be paid 14 days prior to arrival date.

Specials offered from time to time may not available during public holiday long weekend or special event periods.

If extraordinary cleaning is required or there are items removed (other than complimentary items) or damage or negligence has been made by a guest(s) to the chalet and/or contents or to anywhere else on the property, a reasonable charge (minimum of $50) will be made directly to the credit/debit card number or deducted from the bond amount, provided by the guest(s) in order to recover costs for repair/maintenance, and/or replacement.

Smoking
The majority of our guests favour a non-smoking accommodation experience. The only way to provide this experience is to not allow smoking within the chalets. We do provide a designated smoking area outside the chalet, on the veranda, to accommodate the needs of guests who smoke. Smokers must adhere to using the butt bins provided and not butt out and/or drop ash on the timber deck, in the gardens, surrounding bush, or any other surface outside of the butt bins.

Failure to do so, and due to the issue of being the extremely serious fire risk it is, guests will be charged a minimum $150, if any cigarette butts and/or cigarette ash are found subsequent to their stay, anywhere around the chalet, the gardens or surrounds.
A minimum $500 cleaning charge will apply if there has been smoking inside, as everything needs to be cleaned/scrubbed down to remove the smell. If the smell still persists after cleaning, in addition to the cleaning charge, the daily rack rate will also be charged to the guest(s) for every day the smell persists.

Cancellations and Changes to Reservations Conditions
14 days' notice of cancellation is required to ensure a full refund less administration fee.
A non-refundable admin fee of $50 is applicable to any cancellations.
If a cancellation is made less than 14 days prior to arrival date and re-booking of any of the relevant nights cannot be made then customer will be charged in full for those nights.
Changes or alterations to reservations including dates or payments will attract a fee of $25.
Jarrah Grove Retreat reserves the right to change a guests' allocated chalet if necessary.

Jarrah Grove Retreat will make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked. However, the owners reserve the right to make alterations to bookings due to circumstances unforseen or out of our control.

Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions

Standard rates apply for Gift Vouchers and following payment made in full at time of purchase, your Jarrah Grove Retreat Gift Voucher will be posted to the address provided by the purchaser.
Reservations subject to availability.
Not available during public holiday or special event periods (However, may be available at the owners' discretion and subject to payment of any additional applicable rates).
Gift Vouchers are valid for reservations within 12 months of purchase date.
A credit card number is required to confirm all reservations.
If a reservation is cancelled within 14 days of arrival date, every effort will be made to re-sell the dates, and if so the gift voucher can be used for other dates, but if the dates cancelled are not re-sold, then gift voucher is forfeited.
A non-refundable fee of $50 is applicable to any cancellation of reservations.
Any changes in dates or alterations to reservations are subject to availability and may attract a $25 fee.

The Berry Farm Voucher, Conditions
Subject to availability.
Only valid if booking is made directly with Jarrah Grove Retreat.
Not available during special event or public holiday periods.
Not to be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer.
The voucher will only be valid for the duration of your stay at Jarrah Grove Retreat.
Jarrah Grove Retreat will advise The Berry Farm of your booking date and time.
The voucher only covers the first $100 of the spend at The Berry Farm's cafe and/or cellar door, and any balance over $100 is to be paid by the guest at the time of use.
If your total spend is less than $100, there will no refund of the balance, as the voucher is a one-use offer.
Only valid if the Promotional Code "BERRY" is entered or mentioned at time of reservation.
Not available with any other Special offer.

BoHo Bar Margaret River, Conditions
Subject to availability.
Only valid if booking is made directly with Jarrah Grove Retreat.
Not available during special event or public holiday periods.

The voucher will only be valid for the duration of your stay at Jarrah Grove Retreat.
Jarrah Grove Retreat will advise BoHo Bar Margaret River of your booking date and time.
The voucher only covers the first $100 of the total bill from BoHo Bar Margaret River and any balance over $100 is to be paid by the guest at the time of use.
There will be no refund, should the bill be less than $100, of any balance, as the voucher is a one-use offer.
Only valid if the Promotional Code "BOHO" is entered or mentioned at time of reservation.

Friends of Must Margaret River, Conditions

There will be no refund, should the bill be less than $100, of any balance, as the voucher is a one-use offer.
