Jarrah Grove Retreat has been awarded Silver in the 2011 WA Tourism Awards, in the category of Deluxe Accommodation. The focus of this category and award are on both the quality facilities and services that enhance the tourism experience.

In 2010, Jarrah Grove Retreat was awarded Silver in the WA Tourism Awards, in the category of Deluxe Accommodation, all within our first 17 months of opening. The focus of this category and award are on both the facilities and services that enhance the tourism experience.
Finalist - WA Tourism Awards 2009
In 2009, Jarrah Grove Retreat was a finalist in the WA Tourism Awards, in the category of New Tourism Development, all within our first 5 months of opening. This category recognises excellence in the planning of tourism infrastructure and/or services with a focus on entrepreneurial vision, harmonious integration with the environment, design and functionality and uniqueness of the service.
T-QUAL
T-QUAL accreditation is the new National Tourism Accreditation Framework developed by government and industry to promote quality experiences for tourism consumers by recognising sustainable and capable tourism operators nationally.Providing a single, overarching framework for the country’s many existing accreditation and ratings programs. Until recently, it has been difficult for consumers to identify or differentiate between more than 20 diverse programs. Now, these programs can co-brand with T-QUAL, a nationwide mark of quality that consumers can recognise and trust.
Accredited Tourism Business
Jarrah Grove Retreat is an Accredited Tourism Business certified by the Tourism Council of WA . The accreditation program focuses on the business developing professional management systems that will lead to reliability, consistency and predictability in the operation of the business which in turn results in improved customer service and satisfaction. The Program also focuses on those key elements that are part of the day to day function of any tourism operation. It encourages a business to check that customer expectations are being met.
AAA 4.5 Star Rating
AAA Tourism has awarded Jarrah Grove Retreat with a high 4.5 Star rating. Four Stars indicates very well appointed accommodation reflecting stylish décor throughout and a high standard of facilities, furnishings and guest services. Guest laundry on site, linen and towelling, air-conditioning and dishwasher. The additional half STAR has been awarded as we provide a more extensive range of facilities.
